The Board of the Pakistan Cricket released a newly designed home kit that would be worn by the national team in the upcoming T20 world cup in 2024. Pakistan, which holds the same group as India, is in Group A for the World Cup, with the other founder members being Ireland, Canada and the United States. During preparation, the Pakistani side will start with a short tour of Ireland which is just T20 game series. Then, they will head to England and finally land in the host country of USA.
At the beginning, only the 18 players were named; they were coming in the series against Ireland and England. The final squad is going to be limited to 15 players only for the first match against England on May 22. The final World Cup team is supposed to be named by May 1st but more changes can still be made in the meantime up to May 25th on the manager’s request.
